"Great stay, great communication, and spotless room. Breakfast was fab and also used the restaurant during the evening for an excellent meal. Shower pressure was not great but did not spoil our stay at all."

"This property is beautiful. A true gem. The GF apartment was spotlessly clean, fabulously equipped and so quiet and comfortable. A beautiful garden with outdoor seating came with this apartment. Neal was very easy to communicate with and so friendly when we met him (and his lovely family). Some great treats including croissants, jams, cake, crisps, milk and butter were provided. There was even citrus fruit for G&T. Very much appreciated. It is a 20min walk out of Lincoln. Easy walk in, c.£6 taxi back. We felt so relaxed and refreshed. We will definitely return. "
