Our favorites include riding the Royal Gorge Route Railroad for breakfast, lunch or dinner, Happy Endings Caboose Cafe (coffee, grab and go breakfast, lunch, ice cream, and adult beverages), Standard Oil Coffee Company, Nirvana Indian, Yummy Thai, an incredible new restaurant: Antithesis, which will be open for brunch on the weekends and dinner Wednesday- Sunday, located at the historic Robison Mansion.
