  • Beautifully renovated throughout, our farmhouse meets restored Victorian dream home features four perfectly appointed King bedrooms - each of which are furnished with Restoration Hardware beds, luxury bedding and comfortable lounge chairs. Of course, each bedroom has a unique lock and key so you can secure your space.

    The gorgeous kitchen, dining room, and indoor and outdoor lounging areas are available to you throughout your stay. Don't miss our backyard fire pit & relaxing porch.

    You can reach our property manager at anytime by text or phone. She is lovely and responsive - usually within minutes of your outreach.

    Our Greenwood property is located within minutes of the popular Royal Gorge Route Railroad and downtown where you'll find coffee shops and a few excellent restaurants. Our favorites include riding the Royal Gorge Route Railroad for breakfast, lunch or dinner; Happy Endings Caboose Cafe for espresso coffee drinks, fresh breakfast, lunch, adult beverages and treats, and Nirvana for incredible Indian food.

    You'll have unfettered access to the common areas throughout our home, front and backyard spaces and of course, your personal bedroom.

    Our Golden Gate Canyon King bedroom is located on the second floor of our Greenwood boutique hotel property. It features a Restoration Hardware king bed (elevated style), club chair for relaxing and a dedicated bathroom down the hall.

    Meticulously renovated throughout, this cozy farmhouse meets restored Victorian dream home features a gorgeous kitchen, dining space, and inside and outside lounging areas, which are available to you throughout your stay.

    Our front porch rocking chairs will beckon you to sink in and enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Step outside to enjoy our fenced-in backyard, complete with a round stone fire pit surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs. It's the perfect spot for family and friends to gather.

    You'll have your own secure room, with a dedicated key. You'll also have access to free wifi throughout your stay.
