"The hotel has a very comfortable feel as soon as you enter. The reception staff have a smiling welcome and a warm approach to your check in. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was tasty and nothing too much trouble ( special mention to helpful Laura ) .Bar welcoming and really friendly."

"Underground parking unavailable when we arrived ,which was 12 noon
We were told they were cleaning the underground car park and that I could park in the opposite car park im 81 and had to pull my case across the street around the shopping areas (with a bad back) (hence the underground parking) into hotel
Then told it will be3 o’clock before you can move your car!! At 3 o’clock back to reception then told it will take all night!!!
After some intervention we were told No you can move into underground parking ,once again a good walk to car in the cold dark afternoon frosty weather Not Happy"
