There is a bus stop right in front of the residence.<br><br>The accommodation is entirely private, and I’ll be available throughout your stay.<br><br>Important information:<br>• Non-smoking accommodation—no pets allowed.<br>• The rate includes end-of-stay cleaning, bed linens, towels, and bath mats.<br>• A credit card authorisation for 500 euros (not charged) and a valid ID will be required prior to arrival.<br>• Self-check-in and check-out via a key box located a 5-minute walk from the Cannes train station.<br><br>Please respect the residence’s rules and maintain quiet in the premises.<br>Article 1: **Definitions<br>1.1 **Traveller**: any person staying as part of a booking.<br>1.2 **Host**: the owner or manager of the property hosting the travellers.<br>1.3 **Premises**: space, accommodation, or property made available for the stay.<br><br>Article 2: **Maximum Number of Travellers**: the maximum number of travellers.<br>2.1 The maximum number of travellers authorised to stay on the premises is set at 2 travellers. This number includes adults, children, and infants.<br>2.2 Adding any travellers beyond this number is prohibited without the prior consent of the host.<br><br>Article 3: **Special Requests<br>3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of travellers may be submitted in writing to the Host at least 7 days before the arrival date.<br>3.2 The Host reserves the right to accept or refuse the request depending on capacity, local regulations, and availability.<br><br>Article 4: **Respect for the Premises<br>4.1 Travellers agree to keep the premises clean, tidy, and in good condition throughout their stay.<br>4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited.<br><br>Article 5: **Penalties in the Event of Non-Compliance<br>5.1 Failure to comply with the limits on the number of travellers or to respect the premises will result in sanctions, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate eviction from the premises without refund, and/or legal proceedings.<br><br>Article 6: **Amendments to the Rules** (French only)<br>6.1 The Host reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately after they have been communicated to travellers.<br><br>Article 7: **Acceptance of the Rules** (French only)<br>7.1 Booking and staying at the property implies full acceptance of these rules by the travellers.<br><br
