From the Croix des Gardes hillside, Cannes reveals another side of its Riviera lifestyle. Here, the city feels calmer, with views stretching across the bay while the Croisette and the Palais remain only a short drive away. Within a residential complex known for its panoramic sea views, this 40m² apartment offers both comfort and access to shared leisure facilities. The living room opens onto an 8m² terrace overlooking the sea, creating a natural extension of the interior space and a pleasant spot to enjoy the view. Inside, the apartment accommodates up to seven guests. The living room includes two sofa beds, while the two bedrooms provide additional sleeping areas. The first bedroom features a double bed and dressing space, while the second bedroom includes two single beds. Two bathrooms with showers ensure practicality for groups and families. Guests also enjoy access to the residence’s amenities, including an infinity pool with sea view open from April 1st to November 6th, a tennis court and a playground. Located about 750 meters from the beaches, the apartment balances residential calm with quick access to the lively center of Cannes. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
