This magnificent high-end house, located in a peaceful neighborhood, offers the perfect setting for a stay in Cannes. Just five minutes from the beaches and the Croisette, it is nestled in the heart of the renowned Palm Beach district, famous for its water sports and events.  
From the house, the view stretches out toward the Lérins Islands, adding a touch of escape and charm to the place.  
A true haven of peace, this property combines comfort, elegance, and a prime location to discover the wonders of Cannes while enjoying a relaxing atmosphere.  
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.  
  
You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.  
  
Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.  
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.  
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.  
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.  
For self-check-in, a key box is available.
