Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the Croisette, this two-bedroom ground-floor apartment offers a warm and refined setting, with a soothing view of a small, lush garden. Perfect for accommodating up to four guests, it is designed to provide a comfortable stay, whether for a holiday or a business trip.  
Its prime location allows you to fully enjoy Cannes, with shops, beaches, and the Palais des Festivals all within easy reach. Just steps from the Martinez Hotel and numerous restaurants, this apartment is the perfect address to experience the charm and vibrancy of Cannes while staying in a peaceful and elegant environment.  
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.  
  
You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.  
  
Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.  
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.  
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.  
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
