This one-bedroom flat is located in the heart of Cannes on Rue Florian, in a privileged location. Nestled on the 2nd floor with a lift from the 1st floor, it is perfectly suited to a couple, but can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to its comfortable single sofa bed. It is on the courtyard side, so it is quiet, and this accommodation offers internet access, bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. All included in the price.  
  
Whether you're on holiday (just 1 minute's walk from the beaches) or on business (5 minutes' walk from the Palais des Festivals), this flat is the perfect place to stay.  
  
Easily accessible, the flat is just a short walk from the train and bus station.
