  • Old country house "Meri". Above Cannero Riviera, 750 m from the centre, in an elevated position on a slope, 750 m from the lake. Private: garden (fenced). Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to 500 m from the house. 500 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 500 m. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 750 m. Marina 750 m, golf course (9 hole) 21 km. Nearby attractions: Verbania 12 km, Locarno 25 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The house is only accessible on a formerly mule path (not suitable for pushchairs), from the church in Cannero -here parking space- approx. 7-10 min. uphill.
    "Meri", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels, east facing position. Practical and rustic furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and CD-player. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds (length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 1 bunk beds. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Small balcony. Deck chairs (4). Beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains.
