Dry saunas were not very hot, salt sauna only had limited space and people were staying there for 15-20 minutes and we had to wait for a while in line to get in. "Cave hot tub was cool. The room was super expensive even for Banff and quite disappointing. Two double beds and pull out hide a bed. The room advertises sleeps 6 but with one bathroom and double beds no one’s getting a good sleep and everyone’s upset waiting for their turn in the bathroom"
