The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age. The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something. We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout. There is definitely a lack of luggage racks. (832 reviews) Overall our stay was great, the unit needs a paint refresh and dusting was overlooked in the dinning and living room areas. Parking in the area is limited, and the underground parking was full beyond just the one limit of vehicle per unit which the front desk staff did not seem to have an issue with. We were visiting for our wedding and there was a large winter blizzard so not having access to underground parking was frustrating.
