"They upgraded us to a suite possibly because it was our 45th wedding anniversary. Room was quiet. No AC in the bedroom but there was in the living area. They have a pretty cool cave inspired hot tub area, but we were too busy to use it. They comp'd us Roam bus passes, a parking pass, drink coupons, ..."

"Location is great; far/quiet end of Banff but transit is virtually at the doorstep, walking back from town is totally doable. 2 restaurants on site and convenience store across the street.
