"Very spacious unit. The building itself is very quiet. There's a garage with a dedicated parking space. Gate access is needed for entry so it feels safe. The neighborhood itself is quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby for dining. The airport is about a 10 to 15 minute drive. Funchal is about a 10 minute drive. There are two outdoor balcony areas where you get a great view of the ocean. The unit was very clean. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not work during our stay so weren't able to use...

"We had a great stay at this clean and well-maintained apartment. The location is very convenient—just 10–15 minutes from Funchal, about 15 minutes from the airport, and close to the main highway, making it easy to get around the island. One big plus was the dedicated garage spot, which made parking stress-free. Overall, a comfortable place in a great location—highly recommended!"
