"We felt well cared for while spending two nights at La Bonne Auberge with our German Shepard. Emmanuel, the host, had a dog bed, water dish and disposable bags in the room on our arrival. "This is beautiful and quirky hotel in an old part of the town centre of Souillac. Owners appeared to be welcoming and charismatic. Lady owner communicates in English if struggling to speak in French. Rooms presented to be very nice and clean, while beds very comfortable. Bathroom appeared to be clean but would benefit from a little renovation. There is shower in the bathtub but no rail to attach it, which was a little bit inconvenient. There is cafe and dinning room downstairs, which seems to attract a lot of locals. Breakfast is served in the dinning room, though I would personally rather have something to eat elsewhere. Hygiene standards in the dinning room are not what I am used to, and are somehow low."

Nous avons en effet été témoins de certains problèmes rapportés dans d'autres commentaires comme la prise qui se détache. La chambre était petite, mais propre et les lits confortables. La dame au comptoir était charmante et vraiment aidante. Le sentiment est celui d'un village vacances qui souffre d'un certain vieillissement, mais notre expérience a été très bonne. Wel allemaal - en dat is enige nadeel van huis - op minimaal 15 minuten met de auto. Dat geldt ook voor bakker en andere boodschappen. De ligging biedt ook rust; ook veel waard!
