  • Private owner rents a 37m² furnished, renovated one-bedroom apartment (T2) in Canet-en-Roussillon (66), 100m from the supervised white sand beach. For rates and availability, please contact us. Nightly rentals are possible, minimum 2 nights, outside of the summer season. This bright, clean, and tastefully decorated one-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor with two lifts. All shops are nearby. The apartment is situated in a secure residence with a caretaker, surrounded by a large green space with a relaxation area. The living room is very pleasant with a veranda, TV, and an open view. There is a lovely 10.33m² bedroom with a window. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer. Bathroom with shower. Plenty of storage. NO PETS ALLOWED. THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE APARTMENT. Bicycle storage. TGV train station in Perpignan and buses from the TGV station every half hour between Perpignan and Canet for €2. This charming and comfortable apartment, close to everything yet away from the noise thanks to its location on a quiet side street, is sure to win you over.
