Located in Canet de Mar, this apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 90 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in the living/dining area and one double bedroom, and a washing machine. Enjoy a private covered terrace with sea views. There is also a shared outdoor area with a saltwater pool and garden.



The property is centrally located, close to supermarkets, restaurants, the train station, and the beach right in front of the accommodation. The Costa Brava is less than 30 minutes away by car, and Barcelona can be reached in under an hour by car or train. Parking is available in the building’s garage for one vehicle.

Relaxed beach with easy access to Barcelona and other beach towns

The only catagory i did not give top marks to was accuracy of listing. I did this because the property is quite frankly larger and more well appointed than what i perceived in the listings. Montse (host) was amazing. We would highly recommend this listing.
