This vintage condo is only a short 5 minute drive to downtown and only about 20 steps from the white sandy beaches of Cancun. Located steps away from premium shopping at the Soriana Super Plaza, OXXO convenient store and some of the top restaurants in Cancun, this property is perfect for those who want to get away and still enjoy the comforts of being at home. BOOKING GUEST MUST SIGN AN OCCUPANCY FORM AND SEND IT BACK TO ME 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECKING IN, FORM WILL INCLUDE FIRST AND LAST NAME OF EACH GUEST ALONG WITH THEIR AGES. We have been staying at different units in Villas Marlin on and off for over 30 years. It’s our go to ”eek, a snow storm is coming, let’s get it out of here” location. Villas Marlin is quite and well located in the hotel zone of Cancun. It is definitely not a party place which we appreciate. It is close to groceries and a short walk to the restaurants at La Isla. This unit was clean and well appointed. Although it was a little rough around the edges, it had every thing we needed and we would stay here again.
