I was scammed out of my money

I don’t know if this place was nice we never stayed here, got all the way to Mexico and I had nowhere to stay despite paying her in full April 17th 2022. I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of my guest and I was left scrambling to find somewhere to go. We arrived at the airport around 8:30 am and was forced to stay until 6:30 pm when I finally found a place that would take us. Never book here these people are scam artist!!

Never stay at this property. She scammed us out of our money and I had to house six people.

The property owner didn’t care that I had paid way back in April for my birthday trip or that I had guest from all over the country coming to Mexico. She rented the place out to someone else and didn’t refund my money. I was humiliated and embarrassed, the experience was very traumatic for me. NEVER RENT THIS SPACE!!!!! These people are scam artists. This was supposed to be my dream birthday vacation and it was a total nightmare. My trip was ruined and this property owner had no remorse.

Holiday cancun

Very nice house, with alot of rooms. Lorena was very nice to us, i recommend this house to everyone who want to visit cancun
