The Space:  
A cozy and functional studio located on the second floor of Casa Jurel. It features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with natural ventilation, a closet, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a short or extended stay.  
The highlight of this unit is its private balcony with a direct view of Jardín Jurel, where you can enjoy morning coffee, an evening breeze, or simply take in the sounds of local birds and nature.  
Stay connected with your own 5G router, delivering speeds of up to 70 Mbps, and enjoy entertainment with a smart TV and strong signal throughout the unit.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests access Unit 5 via a secure main gate with digital lock and a private lockbox outside the unit door.  
Once inside Casa Jurel, head to the second floor, and Unit 5 will be waiting with its own entrance and balcony.

Casa Jurel is located in Supermanzana 3, one of Cancún’s original neighborhoods, designed by urban planner Mario Pani with a focus on walkability, green spaces, and community living. The “supermanzana” system allows you to walk between streets using tree-lined pedestrian pathways, avoiding busy avenues. This setting offers a peaceful and authentic side of the city, surrounded by native vegetation, local wildlife, and parks like Jardín Jurel and Jardín Robalo. Just steps away, you’ll find Avenida Bonampak and Avenida Nader, with access to cafés, local restaurants, laundromats, and direct connection to Puerto Cancún and the Hotel Zone.
