It is fully furnished, fully equipped, and literally on the beach. You can walk out the back door and have your toes in the sand. If you want to spend time at Senõr Frogs, Coco Bongo, or other party spots, this is the perfect place to stay. We walked for five minutes to a full service grocery store to stock the kitchen, and we walked about 15 - 20 minutes to fine restaurants. It's right on the beach but safety is not a concern. The doors are secure and we never had a worry during our stay. Overall, the unit is safe, it's clean, and it's convenient. The views are second to none. Gianmarco, the property manager, was fantastic. He's responsive, he's courteous, he anticipated your needs, and he stocked the place in advance of our arrival. We were there with our two young adult children (20 and 18) and it's a perfect layout for and location for that age range. Each bedroom has two double beds and there are three full baths with showers. ##### Steven S.
