i booked for 1 adult and 1 child 17 years, the room we were put in had 1 double/queen and a sofa bed the sofa bed felt like it had no mattress I had to go and buy a pump up mattress so as there was something for my daughter to sleep on. Our room was made up on the second day and we didn't get a Bath Matt, Our room was made up the 3rd day we were left a Bath Matt but only 1 towel. I had to go to the office to ask for a second towel and she asked me if we had face washers. We had no face washers any day. The last morning we were getting ready to leave at 9:20 when we had a knock on the door it was house keeping wanting to make up our room, He saw us thru the window but still felt the need to knock to see if he could make up our room. I was under the impression that checkout was 10am. It totally confused me as to why they would try and make up the room before we checked out.

Thank you for passing on your experience. On behalf of the team please accept my apologies regarding the linen. I have raised this with the Housekeeping team so this does not happen again. In regards to the extra bedding. I am sorry that you felt you had to go buy a blow up bed. I would urge all our guests that if they are not happy with the bedding configuration please come and discuss this with the team. If possible we would have tried to relocate both you and your daughter to another room. Once again thank you for your feedback and I hope that you may choose to stay with us again when you next visit the nations capital.
