"The hotel is ideally situated for any events at the SEC, and with a multi storey car park next door (which has a special rate for hotel guests) it's an easy choice. From my initial check in to leaving the staff were all courteous, helpful and friendly. Yes the bar area has simple but as a music fan, I loved the decor, a drum kit suspended from the ceiling, chandelier effect using drum sticks and stools made using old amplifiers. Food was excellent, the pizza I had was very tasty and the breakfast, fresh and plentiful. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. To top it all, it's very dog friendly! Dibnah loved it and got spoilt."

"Room was clean and bed comfy. A lot of the hotel looks worn and not really a 4 star standard; worn chairs, stained carpets and room not sound proof. Breakfast was nice and staff were really nice. Good location but feels more like a budget hotel. "
