Booked a room for three people and the room only had a king bed and no other sleeping arrangement. Typically there would be a rollaway bed or sofa bed but not here and they charged $10.00 extra person fee. They wanted to charge us $33.00 more to change rooms. It's just the principle of it all. You don't rent a room for three people if there is not a place for three people to sleep. The hotel is not nice and it is definitely not above a 2.5 rating.

The in room whirlpool tub was a great perk until 5 minutes into my bath I was told I needed to get out because it was leaking downstairs. Next my daughter was taking a shower and another visit from maintenance saying we have to turn the water off. What is the use to n having a hotel room and cannot bathe. Maintenance told the staff that we were over filling the tub. Room 220 has plumbing issues.

It was ok. Staff was nice, but the room could have used a little more attention. I felt like the shower/tub may not have been cleaned. I did not enjoy showering, as the water temperature fluctuated drastically, so I alternately scalded and froze. Oh well, for me it was location, so I'll take my lumps. Not worth the price they charged me. $106 Sunday night, $165 Monday night. Really???

Wor st experience ever

It was dirty, stinky with broken furniture next to street with lots of guys sitting on the stairs in front of it which they bothered me with their comments when I was getting in to hotel at night.

Cons: Staff should brief breakfast time. And assist with luggage for customers with big luggage that needs to walk up/down staircase.
Average hotel but comfortable. Staff was talkative and did not focus resulting error in setting room.

Carlyle hotel is a good low cost option, conveniently near highways and Xilinx HQ. All the staff we dealt with were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was decent. Would recommend
