"The house may be small, but it's perfect for a couple's getaway. The place was clean, cozy, and best of all, quiet. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals, and the wood stove just adds to the rustic vibe. Definitely would stay again!"

"We so enjoyed our stay! The house did not disappoint! Not only was it immaculate, it was decorated for Christmas. There were treats in the kitchen, a full hot cocoa bar and all the makings for a delicious cup of cider, tea or coffee. Although there is definitely a spooky ambiance, we did not experience anything out of the ordinary. 10 out 10; would stay again. Thank you Elsie, you were an amazing host!"

"For anyone who knows the history surrounding this part of the country, gold was discovered arounf 1849 and it changed thousands of peoples lives. So to actually live in a real miners house, well you couldn't have asked for a better place. Thank you Gorden for keeping history alive. By the way the bathroom is unbelievable, hats off to you!"

"This was a little piece of heaven. We were in the area for a family members wedding. The house acted as a meeting spot for family to tuch basis and plan. It was nice and quiet, with beautifully lit pathways and ample outside areas to relax. The decorations in the home were done with care for detail. I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing weekend getaway, or vacation rental. It won't disappoint. 👍😊"
