"The room was fairly clean, no bugs or anything but there were several hairs in the shower. Staff are not friendly or welcoming whatsoever. There was no breakfast or coffee even though the website says free breakfast. Typical San Francisco experience really. "

"Nice place, clean, good air conditioning. Excellent hot water and towels. Staff helpful. Good safe parking. Tiny dark stall shower. Could use a lighter curtain behind the heavy window curtains to let more light into the room and still maintain privacy. I was surprised by the $150 cleaning deposit at check-in (which the parking fee is deducted from). I hope the remainder is refunded to my card as promised."

"The biggest plus of this motel is the location. It is right across the street from the ocean. Its at sunset dunes park. Its a couple of blocks from Golden Gate park The muni tram stops right outside the door that you can take into the city and Java Beach cafe is right next door. Its a great location if you like walking on or by the beach. The motel itself is pretty basic. The rooms have been nicely renovated. Good bed, nice shower, large tv with good programming. The fridge has no freezer but there is a microwave and coffee maker. We were in room 132 and the door is a bit off kilter and makes a noise all night. If management reads this mayb they can fix it. Also there are a lot of stairs to the rooms so its no good if you are not fit! Great location though."

"Great view. Property was great location to where we needed to visit and explore. The dedicated parking was excellent so we didn’t have to pay extra or find parking."

"Great location and price, but all in all a very 2 star experience...no shower curtain, had to ask for one and put it on myself, lights didnt work, TV was static, ice machine was out of service."
