I like that they have coin laundry facilities (they have the coins too). Free parking is also provided, which is rare in downtown SF. The only thing I feel unfortunate was my neighbor (3 men) were very noisy even at midnight and they were smoking and littering. It's in a great location an easy to get around with Lyft, buses, etc. Lots was open when I arrived late. I had to walk one block to get to Mel's Diner. The room was spotless, it's a bit older but it had everything you need and the floors were the cleanest floors I've ever seen in a motel. Will definitely be back.
