"The room, though on the small side, was clean and adequately equipped although a dirty cup was left on day 2 and tissues not replaced. The evening meals were tasty, although service was rather chaotic. There did not seem to be sufficient glassware and cutlery to service numbers on site. Breakfast on the second day was dreadful. There was a large group who all turned up together, overwhelming service and causing huge queues. The hotel does not seem to have adequate systems in place to regulate flow of guests. I think they need to decide if they wish to prioritise full paying guests or coach parties, as we felt overlooked. It is very expensive for what is offered."
