Villa Doriana, villa surrounded by nature, just 10km far from sea!

  • The villa , surrounded by a tipical fenced Tuscany garden spreads on three different levels :

    Ground floor. there is a lounge with dining area,a fully equipped kitchen.On the same floor there are two bedrooms , with A/C too and two complete bathrooms.

    First floor: sofas area with TV, one bedroom with double bed and a wonderful patio for relaxing and drinking a good coffee, another double bedroom each bedroom with A/C.

    Second floor: one double bedroom and one single bedroom with A/C too and a bathroom with tub.

    Outside there is a nice patio with hills view for dining al fresco, a large garden with tipical flower and trees.

    Prices include water and electricity consumptions, gas and wood for the fireplace.. Parking is inside the property.
