Ein Haus mit Atmosphäre…

… und ein liebevoller Gastgeber. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll mit Gegenständen aus dem Familienbesitz eingerichtet und sehr ruhig am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes gelegen. Küche relativ gut ausgestattet, schöner Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Geen zeezicht

Tuin met zeezicht ligt jammer genoeg niet bij het huis maar moet je eerst langs klein weggetje een vijftigtal meter verder gaan . Zeker niet praktisch. Huis heel gezellig en proper en eigenaar super vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Wunderschönes altes Haus

Dieses wunderschöne alte Haus kann überhaupt nichts dafür, dass wir leider eher abreisen mussten. Ebensowenig der sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, der auch uns mit allerlei kulinarischen Genüssen Willkommen geheißen hat. Ein Punkt war die Mückenplage, die aber auch nur teilweise durch die fehlenden Fliegengitter an den Fenstern hätte verhindert werden können. Die waren einfach überall. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben. Achtung: Garten separat und nicht am Haus.

Charmant mit Überarbeitungsbedarf

Wir wurden auf Herzlichste von dem Vermieter begrüßt und in das Haus eingewiesen. Er zeigte uns auch den Extra-Garten, der auf den Fotos ohne erklärenden Text nicht als separat zu erkennen ist. Nur von dort gibt es den Meerblick. Das Haus hat Charme, aber eine Überarbeitung täte dem Gesamteindruck gut. An einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Haus und Garten war jedoch wegen direkter Baustelle nicht zu denken - Vermieter und Agentur waren einsichtig, sodass wir umbuchen konnten - Dank dafür!

Das 300 Jahre alte Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Bergdorf, die Fahrt ist etwas kurvig und eng, aber gut zu meistern. Die Gärten laden zum verweilen ein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, um dort gemütlich kochen zu können. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zeit dort war für uns die pure Erholung.

Wunderschönes traditionell italienisches Landhaus

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Casaccia verbracht. Der Vermieter war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Hügel über Camaiore. Es hat einen schönen kleinen Hof mit Garten vor dem Haus. Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Toskanischer Traum

Gemütliches kleines Landhaus in den Bergen mit geschmackvoller und authentischer Einrichtung. Für den Preis sollte der Sanierungsstau an der ein oder anderen Stelle (Bad, Polstermöbel) perspektivisch behoben werden. Durch kleine Ausstattungsmängel wird die Schönheit und Gediegenheit des Ganzen aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Für alle, die keine Lust haben zu kochen: im Dorf befindet sich eine nette kleine Pizzeria.

Den italienska drömmen på riktigt!

Ett fantastiskt hus i den mysiga lilla byn Pedona. Som på bilderna fast ännu bättre! Vackert inrett med bra standard. XXX är den bästa värden man kan tänka sig, vi kunde inte fått ett bättre mottagande! Hit vill vi gärna återvända!
