INTERIOR: On the GROUND FLOOR, the villa offers a cosy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to a covered terrace with views of the pool. The independent kitchen, fully equipped with gas hobs and dishwasher, complements this space. Also on this floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to a terrace with sea views from both bedrooms. This floor is completed by a bathroom with shower. EXTERIOR: The villa's exterior offers a charming terrace with a 9x3.5 metre pool, equipped with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. It also has a portable barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals.
