The apartment features a spacious, contemporary living-dining room with plenty of natural light, air conditioning, a chaise longue sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace — perfect whether you need to work remotely or simply relax after a day at the beach. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and small appliances.  
  
It includes two bedrooms, both with double beds. The master bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, while the second bedroom features a fan. There is a full bathroom with a shower, plus an additional guest toilet.  
  
For added convenience, the apartment includes a private garage space in the same building (maximum vehicle height: 183 cm).
