L'appartement est tres propre. La terrasse donne directement sur la plage, la vue est magnifique particulierement au lever du soleil. L'appartement est propre, joliment decoré et bien entretenu. La cuisine et les 2 salles de bain datent un peu mais sont fonctionnelles. Les ponits negatifs : pas de lumiere centrale (plafonnier) dans les chambres, les wc sont dans les salles de bain. Pas de cafetiere electrique. Assiettes vieillissantes.Points positifs : cuisine bien equipee, grande piscine, bonne literie, parasol et chaises de plage fournis. Calpe est pleine d'immeubles, la cote est betonnée mais la plage de sable fin est tres belle. Des resto mais peu de commerces : oublier le shopping ! Les alentours de Calpe sont tres jolis.

Mooi plekje.
Het appartement heeft een prachtige ligging. De inrichting is voldoende om je te redden. Fijn dat er beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig zijn. Enige minpuntje de geluidsoverlast 's avonds buiten van schreewende toeristen en muziek.
Appartement en front de mer très bien situé et équipé. Belle vue. Très bon accueil de Luis. 2 supermarchés sont à 200m.
La plage est nettoyée tous les jours, l'eau est chaude.
La passéo est superbe, avec des bars et restaurant tout le long.
As advertised, the location of this property is ideal - right on the beach with remarkable views of the Mediterranean and Penon d'Ifach and close to multiple restaurants and a nice supermarket. A reserved covered parking space definitely came in handy. Ricardo was very helpful and in constant communication. We went to multiple towns on the Costa Blanca and Calpe was by far our favorite. I highly recommend.
