The 88 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. 2 doubles bedrooms with two double beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 kids from 0 to 10 years old and a crib for a baby.   
  
 Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a garden, terrace, and balcony for your enjoyment.

The property boasts a seafront location, 20 m from Arenal-Bol Beach that can be accessed directly from the building. Recommended highlights and destinations include a local fishing port, Penyal de Ifach Natural Park with the Rock of Ifach, La Fossa Beach, Cala Bassetes and Cala Fustera coves, the charming towns of Moraira and Altea, and The Algar Waterfalls.
