Come and enjoy fantastic sea views and on the rock of Calpe, the IFACH.



This luxury flat is 150m from the beach "arenal-bol" and 100m from the shopping street GABRIEL MIRO.

Just behind the flat the old town begins and you will find the Plaza Mayor.



We have 2 identical flats in the building FABIOLA I. Both of which can be found on this site.

This flat is on floor 8.



There is also a communal swimming pool and parking, which you may use.



Both flats consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



Dogs are allowed for an extra fee.
