The space
The community is quite secluded, with no major retailers directly within it. This makes it a quieter neighborhood, with an abundance of parks, valleys, and hills for walking.

However, there is a plethora of grocery stores and restaurants all within a 10 minutes drive. Please refer to our guidebook.

Despite being downstairs, you will have a separate entrance and this suite does not feel like a basement at all. It features large living room windows, plenty of morning sunlight, and easy access to the outdoors.
