"The hotel was fine. The staff are friendly and the private spa area is great. The room was basic and the food was ok. Close to the beach about 5/10 min walk and loads of shops and restaurants on the way to the beach. Also there is a supermarket round the corner which is great if you need to pick ..."

beach was lovely, the sea was so clear, it got deep quiet quickly which we loved and took the opportunity to do some snorkelling.

Not a great deal to do in Calella and not great transfer links to Girona Airport after the beginning of September.
