Primeira noite jantamos no Restaurante Cora (PÉSSIMO), além de caro, muito sujo, sem nenhuma preocupação com a higiene, buffet, com aspecto de comida velha. Boa parte das piscinas do Hotel Cristal, ficaram em manutenção durante a nossa estadia, as que estavam disponíveis, simplesmente LOTADAS, sem nenhuma preocupação com o contágio do COVID, lamentável. Jantar no restaurante da Mata, tem um custo por pessoa de R$ 145,00, totalmente inviável. Tudo muito caro, literalmente uma exploração ! Zimmer wurde nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt obwohl eine tägliche Reinigung versprochen wurde. Der General Manager ließ sich nicht blicken. Preis/Leistung definitiv nicht gerecht obwohl die Anlage in der Natur sehr schön lag. Comida horrível, tumulto na hora de servir (todas as refeições) , pouca variedade e falta reposição dos alimentos, bagunça, barulheira e desordem do staff. Preços abusivos , principalmente pelo péssimo serviço prestado em todos os aspectos. Acomodações "ok" mas pelo preço cobrado, tudo poderia ser muito melhor. No final da estadia quase nos expulsaram. O check out estava programado para às 10h do domingo, sábado a tarde já enviaram cartinha pedindo para agilizar a saída. Em que pese tenha havido uma confusão na confirmação da reserva com a recepção do hotel, após contato telefônico com a funcionária Luciana tudo foi resolvido de forma satisfatória, a qual, inclusive, juntamente com a supervisora Débora, me auxiliaram a organizar um pedido surpresa de noivado que ficou perfeito. Ficamos muito contente com o atendimento. Em relação ao Restaurante da Mata (café da manhã e almoço inclusos), tudo foi bastante satisfatório, principalmente o atendimento do funcionário João Paulo, bastante prestativo e agradável. No entanto, apesar da comida ser muito boa, pelo custo e nível da hospedagem, poderia ter mais variedades tanto no café da manhã quanto no almoço, além de cervejas puro malte (são servidas somente Antártica e Brahma). Destaco, ainda, que as medidas adotadas em razão da pandemia da COVID-19 são satisfatoriamente cumpridas, gerando maior segurança na alimentação. Os quartos e banheiros são bons e amplos. Excelente parque aquático, design! E atendimento muito simpático por parte dos funcionários!! Mas o que não é bom é culinária, que ao condiz com o alto valor das diárias. As opções de pratos de almoço parecem da mesma qualidade de restaurantes mais simples por quilo de bairros. E não era efeito das restrições da pandemia, aos quais todos entendemos. O problema era que a comida era a mesma que poderíamos comer em restaurantes realmente bem baratos, sem muito cuidado ou esmero ou criatividade, condizente com o alto valor da diária do hotel. Também senti falta de comidas típicas de Goiás! Somente uma vez, no café da manhã, seviram algo de Goiás: pamonhas!!! Que estavam muito boas, por sinal. Mas, ao longo dos dias que estivemos lá, não houve nada mais típico de Goiás. Por outro lado, a seleção de sobremesas era excelente! Ou seja, as boas lembranças do restaurante serão da simpatia do atendimento dos funcionários e da qualidade das sobremesas. Outro ponto que falta pouco para ficar excelente é a possibilidade de sermos levados para os demais parques com carona dos carrinhos elétricos. Eles só vão até à praia do Cerrado. Para os demais lugares, somente com o ônibus interno, que passa de 15 em 15 minutos. Almoço com variedade, porém, de baixa qualidade, é nítido o quanto economizam na qualidade dos produtos, motivo pelo qual há muito desperdício pelos hóspedes. Café da manhã é muito bom, porém também pecam na qualidade. Não volto. Não recomendo. Os quartos são grandes e amplos, modernos...mas no meu caso, Apto.440, do Bloco Agua, a cortina não fecha direito! Sempre fica um canto aberto e a claridade entra com força... hoje, antes das 6 h acordamos com isso.! Se fecha do lado direito, abre no centro fecha ao centro, abre o outro lado... enfim! Com certeza foi cortada errada e ficou menor!! Ah.. logo na entrada nos foi informado que teríamos de pagar o aluguel da toalha! 10 reais pela estadia, por pessoa.. não me incomoda o valor...mas esse serviço deveria estar incluso na diária!
