We like the room, for handicap, clean, good location. The breakfeast buffet is good, too. We ended up buying a hairdryer, but says, the can borrow you one. The only thing missing is a mini fridge, that is the only thing. We highly reccomed the hotel, we plan to go there again, next time we go to Portugal.

Great central place to stay. Local food options are awesome! The towels were quite thin and worn. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were immense! Coffee was something to be desired, but hot chocolate was good.

We stayed here only for one night for the convenience of location. The hotel was a great value. That being said it is looking a little tired, the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Location was great as well as the staff. They were very helpful.

Best 3 star hotel in Caldas

Things work as expected when expected. Good hotel for business trips to Caldas if spending the night is required. Nothing exceptional, normal room with working TV, toilet and shower. Breakfast is ok.

Staff was really nice. Breakfast included was very good. Easy parking. Would have appreciated a iron and hairdryer in the room instead of asking for one at the reception. It’s a easy walk to restaurants and shopping mall and grocery store

Hotel is nice and it's nice that they have a lot of parking. But in the room there is no safe and if you want to hair dryer you have to ask for it. Most of the time, the front desk was empty, so no one there to help same at breakfast, didn't see anybody working around the breakfast area..

I found it to be a clean, modern hotel. With the window closed, the room became somewhat stuffy. The breakfast was adequate, and it only cost €8. The location was good, within walking distance of the town centre. I couldn't work out if this Campanile Hotel was in any way connected with other Campanile Hotels that I have stayed at in France.

We stayed at the “Campanile” hotel in Caldas de Rainha for three nights during October. It was a pleasant stay, in a modern hotel with easy access to main roads, a supermarket near-by, free parking and a room with all amenities. As is the custom lately there is only soap no shampoo, so bring some. The location is in a convenient spot for day trips to close destinations, like the Obidos Castle, the Nazere lighthouse, the Fatima shrine or the Buddha Garden of Eden; all these are within an hour drive. There was a misunderstanding between Expedia and the hotel regarding the cost of breakfast. We had seen “included” when booking, but the hotel asked for pay; Expedia promised to reimburse us for the cost (6 Euro/day/person). We would recommend this hotel for its location, amenities and low cost.

Depois de chegar a recepção e não estando ninguém na mesma, Estando ja eu a espera e outro cliente chegou de repente mais 9 clientes. Após tentativa dos mesmos em me passar a frente adverti os clientes e mostrei pedido de ajuda a recepcionista a mesma descartou qualquer atenção no problema.
