We had such a lovely time at this property. It is so beautiful- the buildings, the grounds, the pool, the beach, everything. We enjoyed wonderful massages and facials at the charming spa too. Breakfast was delightful, the restaurant for dinner was good, but the menu was a bit limiting for our family of 5. Rooms are clean and large, but I suggest they introduce more special, more unique toiletries like many high-end hotels in Italy. That special touch always seems to make the experience smell and feel better, especially when in the spa too. I highly recommend this property!

I have nothing negative to say about this place. I stayed for 4 night with my wife and 2 young children (6 and 7) and I was thrilled with my stay. Room was spacious and clean, the grounds are incredible, service is top notch and food is excellent. It's a splurge but very much worth it.

Beautiful and charming place and excellent amenities, the open spaces are incredible beautiful, I really enjoy the view for their gardens, pool and the beach is really comfortable and convenient. The staff was very friendly, the lady in front desk Flavia was excellent host. 100% recommend. Need rent a car to enjoy the towns around. Taormina is 30 min close to the hotel.. love Italy

Stunning property away from the crowds of Taormina, with beach access and great views of Mount Etna. Service was superb. Breakfast and lunch were delicious. Dinner ambiance and service were incredible. Food presentation was out of this world, though the dishes were more beautiful than they were tasty. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Wunderbar zum entspannen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ein bisschen schickere Kleidung sollte man eventuell einpacken. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist eher im Fine Dining Bereich einzuordnen. Für richtig gute Pizza gibt es eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt, eine wirklich gute Pizza. Ein Auto ist auf jedenfall zu empfehlen.

Secluded oasis of peace and calm. Oozing with character. V well maintained. Ideally need rental car to fully appreciated the area. Plenty of local restaurant choices 10 mins drive. 25 mins to Taormina. Nice room (junior suite), plenty of space. Bit quirky re electrical points location. Soundproofing not 100% but was never a problem. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast average. Staff professional and attentive.

Wonderful hotel, in a wonderful location. The hotel is magical, and the Staff were outstanding. Everything about our room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The food from the restaurant wasn't to our liking, however this didn't affect our stay. I would recommend having a car to explore as there is nothing much within walking distance, however the hotel is so beautiful you may not want to go anywhere else!

Nous avons apprécié le cadre exceptionnel de l'établissement très haut de gamme et sa proximité avec la plage. La piscine est exceptionnelle tout comme le bar avec les créations de Rosario sans doute un des meilleurs barman au monde. La suite 102 nous a scotchés, un cocon de rêve. Les photos officielles ne donnent pas la vraie impression, nous nous attendions à un simple établissement alors qu'il s'agit vraiment d'un lieu incroyable. Et le petit déjeuner n'est pas en reste , une adresse que nous n'oublierons pas, c'est un souvenir très fort et nous sommes heureux de l'avoir vécu.

Chambres propres, cadre apaisant, le domaine du chateau est très bien entretenu, c'est un havre de paix, et la décoration a été choisie avec élégance. Le petit déjeuner est varié et d'une qualité exceptionnelle. La carte du restaurant est originale, et très raffinée. Je n'ai pas pu tester le service spa mais je pense qu'il en vaut le coup. Les 4* sont amplement méritées. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit agréable. Je ne regrette pas ce passage à l'hôtel loin de la foule et du bruit.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The Castello San Marco really is charming! The property is beautiful, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and we can't say enough about how lovely the staff was! Alexandra and Flavia were so wonderful and helpful with everything we asked for. We would stay there again any time!

Absolutely charming - the perfect combination of modern resort amenities with old world ambience and sophistication. Only thing I would change is the menu at the restaurant. Comfortable hotel though needs updating

Our room was very dated and dark windows were dirty and no internet connection in room. Feel the hotel could do with updating and disappointing not to have daily water in room. My wife’s Amberjack fish was overcooked and inedible there was no offer of a reduction in the total cost. Staff however were excellent just feel for a 4 star hotel the accommodation could be improved.
