We present this modern and spacious villa with a private pool, several terraces, and barbecue located in the residential area of Segur de Calafell, just a 15-minute walk from the beach.   
  
This magnificent villa is distributed over two levels and has air conditioning in the living-dining room and in all bedrooms. On the main floor, there is a spacious and luxurious living-dining room with access to the main floor terrace, which, in addition to providing natural light throughout the day, has direct views of the pool. There is also a splendid fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the barbecue area, thus optimizing practicality during mealtimes. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single trundle beds and a full bathroom with shower.   
  
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor: the master bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace with sea views, a bedroom with two single trundle beds, and finally, a bedroom with two single beds. On this same floor there is also another large bathroom with shower.   
  
On the lower floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The house has one outdoor parking space in the courtyard, but it is also possible to park for free in front of the villa.   
  
The highlight of this villa is its large private pool, which, together with the covered outdoor terrace, makes the garden the ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining at any time of day.
