The main attraction of this villa is its spectacular natural lawn garden and large pool, as well as the barbecue area located on the villa's spacious porch. Ideal for those who seek comfort and modernity above all else.   
  
On the first floor, there is a bright and airy living-dining room. There is also a spacious separate kitchen that opens directly onto the barbecue area and overlooks the pool, ideal for keeping an eye on the little ones. This floor also has a bathroom and a laundry room.   
  
With capacity for 8 people, the four bedrooms of this villa are located on the first floor, all equipped with their own air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms.
