3-storey house in quiet area with swimming pool, barbecue, volleyball, ping pong, basketball and board games. 1500 m² of land with automatic outdoor lighting. Living room with fireplace (44 m², TV), equipped kitchen (14 m², TV), 5 bedrooms with TV, air conditioning and heating, 2 bathrooms. Capacity for 11 guests, extendable up to 17 with auxiliary beds (supplement). WiFi, washing machine, dryer, high chair and crib. Pets allowed (supplement).

Parking for 10 cars. No noisy parties and night shouting are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside the rooms. Owners reside on the lower floor, but only the access ramp is shared. 2.5 km from the beach, close to public transport (bus and train) and 35 min from the airport.
