Please note: railway line 30 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. 1 room 6 m2, without wardrobe with 1 french bed (130 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Small balcony 4 m2. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. TV only ES. The building is 30 m from the train line, the apartment overlooks the rear of the building. Market in front of the building every Friday. Ceiling fan in the living room. Die Wohnung ist schön aber das Equipment ist alt und zum Teil nicht brauchbar. Küchengeräte könnten mal erneuert werden. Kinderzimmer Betten sind defekt und müssen erneuert werden. Strand und die Promenade ist sehr schön. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir viel Spaß.

Muy buenas vacaciones

Bien localizado, 5m caminando para la playa y cerca de la estación de tren, y de la linea (los trenes hacian un poco de ruído). En general muy bien y buena relación calidad/precio, solo le falta aire acondicionado y wifi.
