Convenient and clean apartment

The apartment was very clean and in a great location for the beach, restaurants, cafes and bars and supermarkets. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Just be aware the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift. This was not a problem for us except difficult with heavy luggage! Also the air conditioning is only in the living area and bedrooms got very warm in the hot weather. You could leave doors open in bedrooms and air con on to feel the benefit but our teenage children wanted their privacy so kept doors closed and endured the heat! Two bedrooms had fans but one did not. It would have been good to have had third fan. The balcony was great for sitting out on and for drying washing as it was large and spacious. Communication with the host was very good from booking to arrival and during stay. Raquel was at the apartment to greet us and was very helpful. We liked Segur Calafell and walked to Calafell a few times along the nice long promenade. Train station is nearby too for trips to other places. We enjoyed our stay very much - thank you!
