"This review is for the house we stayed in Winnetka, where they had to move due to plumbing issues which was outstanding already, they could’ve canceled our booking and we would’ve struggled due to the time constraints, she gave us the option but was positive about making it work. We were happy we decided to keep the reservation. Check in was a breeze. Everything was exactly the same as the original listing. The house was phenomenal. Clean, newly updated, it has everything we needed, especially the playpen-great for my toddler! Love the furnishings. The pool was the highlight of this house! We super loved it. Liubov was very responsive to all my questions and needs. She was very accommodating. We were already thinking about my next trip back to visit my family and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend! Again, Thank you so much Liubov for being an amazing host! Truly appreciate everything you’ve done to make this trip a wonderful one. Til next time! -Ari"

"Such a beautiful space! My spouse, two kids and I loved our stay at the treehouse. The house feels quiet and serene, but is super close to all the Woodland Hills amenities and Topanga Canyon. The kids loved hanging out in the loft space! Highlights include the full stocked kitchen, gas grill, beautiful views and the upstairs Toto toilet! We would love to stay here again."

"5 Stars – A Perfect 40th Birthday Getaway in Los Angeles!I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful Vrbo in Los Angeles, and it was the perfect setting for a weekend with close friends and family. The home was spacious, well-maintained, and had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable.We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, which was a true highlight of the stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and private—ideal for making lasting memories.The host was outstanding—responsive, accommodating, and made sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend this property for anyone planning a special occasion or simply looking to unwind in style. We’ll definitely be back!"
"All in all, our stay was fine.What was good:- the accommodation is big enough- Car can be parked safely under the carport- Washing machine and dryer clean/modern (access after a short consultation) - beautiful view from the gardenLet's move on to the criticism:- the pictures are old and overall the accommodation is getting on in years (does not receive any maintenance in our opinion)- the outdoor kitchen is out of order- the barbecue as an alternative was too dirty for us- the pump is running at the pool, we were also in it, but it is probably never cleaned of insects, leaves, etc.- all the seat cushions and tables are dirty- there is no dishwasher, which is why we first cleaned some of the dishes before we used them (most of them also looked dirty)- We had bought extra cloths and cleaning products (if there is a cleaning team - then dismiss directly) Conclusion:Did we feel comfortable? We were shocked at first, as the actual condition clearly deviated from the advertisement. After we had cleaned the kitchen, kitchen table and garden furniture a bit, it was ok but not perfect.Would we have booked if we had known the condition beforehand? A clear no.Would we come back again? If it stays like this: no. If everything is put back in order, it would be a great place to stay that we would visit again."

"As advertised and completely met our needs for a long weekend - loved the proximity to hiking and beaches, local eats and festivities in Topanga. The kitchenette on the deck was great for the weather (70s/low80s); owners were responsive with questions and directions were clearly laid out. Recommend takeout from Endless Color; road up to lodging is not paved but easily navigable/good condition. Definitely check out the trails surrounding the property! "
