Our home is located just 8 min walk to Starbucks, 5 mins drive to El Camino Shopping Center, 5 mins to Top of Topanga Overlook where you can enjoy the amazing views, 7 mins to Gateway Plaza, and 9 mins to The Commons at Calabasas where you can eat and shop. Enjoy both the seclusion and nearness to the heart of Woodland Hills! About 3 mins-drive to Gelson's, 4 mins to Ralphs, and 5 mins to Amazon Fresh. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers! Our home is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those in town for business! The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a dedicated workspace, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a full-sized bed, a dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a separate entrance door. There is also a sofa bed available for extra sleeping space. Take a break from the city and relax from the outdoor seating while having a bbq. There is also a yard and prominent Italian Cypress trees that create a private majestic garden at the rear of this home! Binge-watch your favorite shows from our 60” and 32" TV!
