Property location was in a nice neighborhood. Internet cafe, grocery, bakery, laundry close. 2 Metro stations 15 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants and services 5-10 minutes away. A girls school across the street sometimes loud. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Washing machine did not work. Was repaired while I was there. No TV. Wi-fi was up and down. Owner was really nice and enjoyable to talk with. Price vs. value was good. NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY VRBO PAID THE OWNER.
