Hi, we loved staying at this property. It was a well located, well-appointed apartment with an awesome pool. The owner was friendly and responded to all requests quickly. The property is near a restaurant, pub and a supermarket. We would definitely stay at this property again
We stayed in Cairns at the Royal Pavilion. As a family of 5 it's often hard to find appropriate accomodation to fit all of us.
The accommodation was large, spacious and well resourced. (There were more than 5 plates, 5 glasses - therefore we didn't have to wash after every use). The only small issue was there was not enough chairs at the kitchen table for us (only 4). The location, was easy, safe and user friendly.
The property was clean and very comfortable. Great location, 10 minute walk to city center, esplanade only 3 minutes. Only negative is the parking space is too small. Had to park on the street on some nights.

The car park spot was to small an tight fit but was ok to park in visitor parking
Nice large size, property for our family of 5. Well equipped, comfy couches and beds and clean. Felt abit dark in kitchen, but weather at time not great either. Dryer unpredictable, but dryed clother under fan no problem. Small but nice central area with pool and seating - didn't get to use due to weather. Car park for unit , like a previous person mentioned too small to fit a car, but fine to use visitors space while there. Good to have car park as parking in centre difficult unless want to pay. Nice walk from apartment down esplanade to centre in day. Bit too far to walk at night to centre but some good local restaurants that are easy walking. We arrived very late and had difficulty finding lock box, but fortunately neighbours were out and very friendly and helped us. Cozy home who rent out the property were also excellent with other issues we needed help with.
