Great accommodation. We loved the pool. In a great location, lots of good cafes and restaurants on that end of the street + the palm tunnel. We did find the cutlery / plates etc quite dirty. However they provide washing detergent etc and a dishwasher. Great facilities otherwise - would definitely come back.

The second time we've stayed at Drift in Palm Cove and we would stay again. The property has everything you need and is in the perfect location. The only thing that would help would be a heated pool, however you don't really need it if you go in the Summer.

Great Check-In, Needs a Refresh Check-in was excellent. The hotel communicated with us before arrival and accommodated our early check-in request. The reception staff member was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly, creating a great first impression. The pool and barbecue area were a highlight of our stay. Both were well maintained, cleaned daily, and fully functional, making them enjoyable areas to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, the loft apartment is showing signs of age and would benefit from a refresh. The curtains on the large window overlooking the pool were covered in dust, and the sheer curtain was deteriorating, with pieces falling away. The kitchen layout was particularly frustrating. The refrigerator is concealed inside a cupboard, requiring both a large cupboard door and a smaller overhead door to be opened before the fridge could be accessed. As the fridge door opens in the opposite direction, little consideration appears to have been given to functionality, making it awkward to use. The cookware was also disappointing. The cooking surfaces were heavily scratched and worn, and some items had an unpleasant odour, making them unsuitable for use. In the bedroom area, there was a noticeable build-up of dust on the wall sconces, and the ceiling fan blades above the bed required a thorough clean. Customer service and outdoor facilities were excellent, the apartment's cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality fell below expectation.

5 stars all round you guys honestly earnt it, the reception lady (sorry for not remembering your name) for check in was very friendly and informative and made sure it was known we could just come see her with any question or any needs for our room, we had room 3102, it was truly a home away from home, as our family walked in it was clean and tidy even through the rush of early check in which we greatly appreciate you guys making sure it was ready for us. Loved the open kitchen full of utensils fancy and both rooms set up so well and the washing machine and dryer amazing then right out our back door was a very nice spa and pool area which looked even better at night, we also tried the palm cove tavern food was really nice everything was pricy but truly did level out price for quality and was worth it in the end so to me 5 stars are definitely earnt hands down thank so much to you all for such a great stay a home away from home
